Does Mint have a 4K refresh rate limit?
When I updated my PC vid card, I chose an EVGA 1050 ti SC card and paired it with a good hdmi cable for my 4K TV which has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. My new setup is limited to 4K at 30Hz because when I try to go to 60Hz in the Display applet, the wallpapers colors get all distorted and you can't make out anything. I can set it to 60Hz if I lower the resolution to 1080. All my hardware is capable of 4K at 60Hz so I'm guessing its a software issue. Any ideas?
