i want to delete my Built-in microphone and Integrated camera.
Is this possible? and how?
And how i prevent automatic install again?

Pretty much the only way to delete them is to compile your own kernel without the drivers selected, however you can blacklist the devices. See, for example, this.

some folks just place a sticky band-aid over that Camera
