Sound staying and sometime no sounds

sometimes the sound is like stay and muted when get 0% volume and 100% is not like 100%, the sound just stay
and sometimes when i started the laptop, there is no sound even i increase the volume. hope get the solutions

I found that screenshot virtually unreadable, please post a text version and also the text output of this from the terminal (no screenshots):
