video jittering after kernel upgrade

Hi, All

my system has started playing videos with a sever stutter since upgrading the kernel.

here's my info:

anybody see anything horrible wrong with this? it was working OK on a 3.x kernel. Then I stupidly upgraded the kernel When I really didn't need to. it was at
3.19.0-64-generic i686 (32 bit) before.

wondering about this line:

you can still boot with your older kernel. select advanced options at the grub menu. and i would use the mintupdate to uninstall some kernels
not sure why you have a /boot partition and you don't know how to take care of it

also i see UPTIME 41 DAYS try a reboot and select a different kernel

This is a volunteer based forum, like virtually all Linux support forums, sarcasm ijust makes you look like an idiot and is needless to say counterproductive.

As mentioned, boot from a previous kernel, search how to do this.

And newer kernels breaking things is NOT as unusual as noobs think it is.
