Sound Very Quiet [Solved]

After upgrading from Linux Mint Mate 19 to 19.1 the sound is very quiet. First test I did was on YouTube and everything sounds not only quiet but weird.

I notice in sound preferences it shows GP106 High Definition Audiro Controller is Disabled and Off. Should I enable and turn that on?

Edit: I downgraded back to Mint 19 and still had the same problem. The lesson today is always check your cables first. I was listening through headphones and one of the connectors must not have been plugged in properly. :D
