No SetBree Organ in the Repositories why not?

setbfree package is available on all versions of Linux Mint from the repositories. Use Synaptic Package Manager to install it or on terminal run apt install setbfree should work fine.

If not, you must have either removed some of the default repositories or added some repositories (like PPAs) to your system that are causing conflicts. If you still can't install setbfree with above run this command on the terminal and share the output here for us to help on possible issues with your repositories (you can select and copy text from the terminal through its Edit menu):
inxi -Sr
