[SOLVED] Strange recorded sound

Generally recording works, but when I try to recording anything I got sound like a.. child, real example: https://soundcloud.com/pantarheipl/dictaphoneaudio

What can I do?

SOLUTION: I bought USB External Sound Card - UGREEN and it works fine without any additional drivers.
