Have tried so far everything I found on Internet, about modifying alsa.conf or blacklisting some modules... None of these solutions worked. I can't even play nothing as the audio and mic doesn't work.

Hi nicolasc, and welcome to the forum.

Let's get a look at your sound setup with this command:

The last line of output will have a URL pointing to the info. Pasting that URL is all I need.

Please do the above while you are trying to play some sound. Anything will do; an mp3, youtube video, etc.

Ewwwwww. You've made lots of changes without undoing them when they didn't help. If possible, I'd like you to repeat the above after undoing what you've done. Here are some of the examples I can see:

From what I can tell thus far, your sound card is only seeing the HDMI options and not the analog options. I don't know if that due to the changes you've made or something else.

The first one is a change you made in grub. The second resides somewhere in /etc/modprobe.d/
