I am a newbie, recently abandoning Windows 10.
My bluetooth 5.0 headphones, which worked flawlessly in Windows, periodically stutter or crackle, when I am watching a video, displaying over HDMI to a TV. Sometimes it settles and I can watch the video, and sometimes I cannot. I have tried with Kodi, VLC and Celluloid.
It is not Wifi interference, as I sorted that issue out when I used Windows.
I have installed Pulse Audio Volume Control.
I have installed Blueman.
