I have newly installed MINT CINNAMON 21 and noticed that after resuming from suspend I have no sound. Here is the outline of the problem:
OS: Linux Mint 21 x86_64
Host: iMac14,4 1.0
Kernel: 5.15.0-48-generic
DE: Cinnamon
CPU: Intel i5-4260U (4) @ 2.700GHz

• product: 8 Series HD Audio Controller
• vendor: Intel Corporation
1. PROBLEM
a. Sound works during boot, system sound is heard (CHIME)
b. After login sound works normally, including system sounds
c. Suspend system via menu, shortcut, etc.
1. Resume from SUSPEND with login
2. No sound from internal speakers
3. Sound normal from headphone jacks.
The sound is restored to normal after REBOOTING only.
