Solved: Rhythmbox and wma or convert wma to flac

I run Daryna main edition.
I use rhythmbox as musiclibrary, but it can't handle wma files. So I thought maybe I could convert wma to flac with soundconverter, well the output is named .flac but the content of the file indicates it is a text-file. It's not possible to open the file, I get a warning about file type and file content...

By the way, the output file size is still 0 bytes after 30 minutes, so I think all soundconverter does is creating an output file with no content.

Has someone a solution to this?

Here's several Nautilus scripts that does it for you: http://g-scripts.sourceforge.net/cat-multimedia.php

Interesting. The link didn't work, but I found something anyway. Meanwhile I had booted into windows xp and converted the wma files with a nice application I found on the Internet. I wil try the "Linux" solutions another time.
