Hi,
I have upgraded my old Aspire One 150 from LM 10 to 16. I am very impressed with the performance and, as it is a bit more sluggish, it is still very usable.
I have one problem though. I have the habit to shut down my computers by pressing the power button but this maneuver doesn't seem to work with this Mint version, although I have set the option accordingly in the power management settings. I have installed a newer version of the kernel but that didn't help. It did work though with LM 10 on my Aspire One. Any clues ?

Re: Aspire One 150 doesn't shut down when pressing power but
Update: I have just checked with in Live mode with a USB key and the it does shut down while pressing the power switch. So, i wouldn't be a lack of support of the kernel.

It's a bad habit. Like smoking, or chewing your fingernails.

Problem solved with a reinstall.
