Integrated webcam not recognized - Dell Latitude E6400

Hi, I have an old Dell Latitude E6400 where I have installed Mint 17 (Cinnamon 2.2.16).

What are the steps to make it recognize the internal webcam? It won't show its light, ever.
Cheese doesn't recognize it either.
