Document Scanner
I have a Brother DSmobile 700D document scanner, it works great in Windows but wont even turn on in Linux Mint 17.2. Is there anyone who knows where or how I can get the Driver and software that will work within Mint?

Re: Document Scanner
Sorry this will not help you but this is what I found.
The Brother DS-700D is a compact DIN A4 scanner, which is ideal for mobile usage due to its small dimensions. Unfortunately, there is no Linux driver provided for the DS-700D (although there are drivers provided for all the other scanners of the DS series).
You could try the Ubuntu forums and see if anyone has found an answer.
