Re: Problem shutdown and reboot on Lenovo Ideapad 100
I had similar problems on my Lenovo Ideapad with Linux Mint 18.2 OS.
To solve the problem I had to end Bluetooth by right click on the Bluetooth symbol and close it down. Wireless LAN should also be closed before the shutdown. To close WiFi down, I pressed the key with the plane on it (F7 key). After shutting down those things my Lenovo Ideapad would shutdown normally.
Somehow WLAN and Bluetooth prevented Linux Mint from a complete shutting down.
