MHZ of AMD Athlon II 455 x3 processor

This is a 3 core chip , I was surprised to see a difference in the MHz of the cores .The first is 3300 mhz and the other two are 2100 MHz. Is this correct?

In most multi-core processors, the speed is scaled as needed. No sense having it running full bore doing nothing. If you give it more tasks to do, all the cores will eventually max out.

inxi -Cx
