Cinnamon: Connect to multiple screens through replicator

Post by Constantijns »

Hi all,
Thanks for reading.
At work they have some desks with multiple screens, which are connected to a 3005pr USB 3.0 Port Replicator.
This replicator also hosts a keyboard, mouse, and Ethernet connection.

My laptop is a Asus (dont judge :3 ) UX32A.
Graphics card is a Intel 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller.
(I know for a fact that dual screens work with windows, friend of mine has the same laptop)
Drivers are all up to date.

The issue now is that linux wont detect the screens (checked display settings as well). I think the problem is that the connection is through a USB port from my laptop, to the replicator and then the screens.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance
Here is some code, if anymore is needed please let me know;
