Detect LTO-3 tape drive

Postby lunacie » Tue May 12, 2009 1:22 am

Linux Mint doesn't seem to be detecting my Tandberg LTO-3 tape drive - at least I can't find a device for it in /dev. I'm assuming it'd be st0 or nst0? Anybody out there with Linux Mint tape drive experience?

This is a hard nut to crack
Do a search for Tandberg LTO-3 tape drive ubuntu and you'll see - nothing useful.....
Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
