VHS to DVD

Looking for Converter that works w/Linux. Have Toshiba M 454 VHS player. Want to connect to USB port on my machine.

I have an EasyCap Sabrent DC60 which shows up as Syntek STK1150. I've been able to play VHS tapes and record with it using directly using VLC.
Don't forget to edit your original post and add [SOLVED] to the beginning of the Subject line if your problem has been fixed.
My main language is English. I speak very little Portuguese, and a whole lot of gibberish.

Are you then able to burn a DVD?

Yes. The recording is a video file just like any other, so you can import it to any DVD program. I used OpenShot video editor to tidy up the video, then Brasero to burn a DVD.
