Are you trying for dual boot?
Install Mint and Linux on different disks?
If I have helped you solve a problem, please add [SOLVED] to your first post title, it helps other users looking for help.

I'm not sure what"plek voorbereid" is, my weak Deutsche suspects a disk pcb? I guess the new disk has the same interface as the old 32G one it is intended to replace?
Since you have a new empty disk simply install Mint on the whole disk.
If you need to keep the original disk contents 100% that is more involved. I would shoot for a clonezilla on a live disk and back up the old stuff as an dot.img file and then restore it to the new big disk. Then use gparted again from a live boot to do something with the rest of the bigger disk's space. Since you are new this will give you a steep learning curve to mount. Regards Ian.

Peter, may I invite you to (also) post in the Dutch section of the forum? Waarom moeilijk doen als het makkelijk kan, after all.

(Plek voorbereid = room/space prepared.)
