I have an asus r417m .
That the one with only internal 32 gb hd,I put a 160gb in there was a plek voorbereid.
Now how I gonna make this one bootable for linux naast win 10????????

I'm not sure what"plek voorbereid" is, my weak Deutsche suspects a disk pcb? I guess the new disk has the same interface as the old 32G one it is intended to replace?
Since you have a new empty disk simply install Mint on the whole disk.
If you need to keep the original disk contents 100% that is more involved. I would shoot for a clonezilla on a live disk and back up the old stuff as an dot.img file and then restore it to the new big disk. Then use gparted again from a live boot to do something with the rest of the bigger disk's space. Since you are new this will give you a steep learning curve to mount. Regards Ian.
