Battery percentage display

Post by Makrand »

Hi,

I am on Mint Cinnamon 18.3.

Is there any way to display % of the battery inside battery icon? I could not find any option for power settings.

My systems see battery alright.

Click Menu, Preferences, Applets. Then click Download, and Battery Applet with Monitoring and Shutdown (BAMS) should be in the list. Click the down arrow button to install it.

Hi there! I had the same question and I found the answer:

Go to the taskbar, right click and choose "Add Applets". Then go to the applet "Energy Management" and click the configure icon on the right. In the dropdown menu you can choose the option "percentage" or "percentage and remaining time" etc.

Best regards from Austria!
