I have a Dell U2412M monitor with two USB ports. I am running Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit. The USB ports are not working under this linux setup but worked fine on the same PC running Windows 7. I have not changed any other hardware on the PC. The monitor works without fault otherwise. Is there any way to get the USB ports to work under Linux Mint?
