Dell inspiron 3521 strange noise with mint

Hello.I have a big problem with my laptop.I'm new on mint and i have install mint on my 3 computers in dual boot with windows.
But on my laptop I have problem because when I am in mint,I hear a strange noise.I think that the noise is from the hard disk.I have check laptop for high temperature and all are ok.I check the disk for errors and is ok.At the beginning i thought that the noise was from the gpu because we have problems with amd drivers in new versions in linux and mint can recognize only the motherboard's gpu (intel) but I tried older versions of mint where i can install amd drivers but it was't that.
When I'm on windows i hear that noise but not so loud.When I delete mint partition,shutdown laptop for a while and then i use windows the sound is even less.
There is anyone who had same problem?I have tried everything.I can't imagine what happens.
Is that noise from hard disk?
I tried to record that sound but you have to up the volume to hear the sound.
