Bluetooth device Unknown

Hi, my bluetooth device built-in to my laptop won't work. It's a

It looks like the firmware for your Broadcom BCM43142A0 Bluetooth Device doesn't get loaded:

Here you may find some useful hints as to how to solve this.
I suppose that's one of the ironies of life, doing the wrong thing at the right moment -C.C.

bluetooth worked for a moment and I could upload files to my phone but stopped and DMESG shows:
