Mint 18.3 no sound

Post by vodanet »

Hello,
Sound has always worked well for me, until today I tried again to make bluetooth viable.
Apparently I have something ... destroyed.
Now I can not become the sound to work anymore.

Code: Select all

lspci -nnk | grep -i audio -A2
00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation Device [8086:2284] (rev 35)
	Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device [103c:8342]
	Kernel driver in use: snd_hda_intel

Code: Select all

cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [PCH ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
HDA Intel PCH at 0x91410000 irq 121
I installed Pulse audio and uninstalled it again. Without success.

Code: Select all

alsa force-reload
.. hat auch nichts gebracht.
Of course, I've checked volume controls.

How can I find the mistake?
Thanks
