Apple wireless keyborad before login session

Post by sigur » Thu May 17, 2018 6:53 am

I'm using Linux Mint 18 on Imac 27.

After some time the wireless keyboard is connected but not when the system starts.

I can not use it to type login and password.

Is it possible to connect the keyboard earlier, before login session?

Even with Mac OSX this has never worked reliably for me. If it wasn't a Bluetooth confusion, it was guaranteed weak batteries in the wireless keyboard.
As a result, there was always a boring Mac USB keyboard nearby to bypass the beautifully designed but useless wireless piece...
