- in order to detect which device is throw the error I executed some commands:

- So it has to be something connected with pci express port ? I've some doubt that it's wifi card that is connected there but I'm not sure about this.
- What do you suggest to check/do in order to resolve this error ?

It is flagged as a kernel bug. I see you're running kernel 4.10.0-38. You might want to try a newer kernel, e.g. 4.15.0-xxx (latest) for a test as well. You can update the kernel in Update Manager, Look at drop-down list under View for Linux Kernels. Make sure you're up to date with service from Update Manager before you update the kernel. The newer kernels require an updated level of Mint Update.

Hm...
It seems that 4.13.0-43-generic doesn't solve my problem just more time is needed before the error appears again. I'll try with 4.15.x kernel.

Did you try the kernel parameters on the posted link at Ubuntu?

After upgrade to 4.16 kernel I constantly monitor logs for the error but there is no such thing ... So I am happy with 4.16 kernel .
