I just upgraded my Dell Vostro laptop from 18.3 to 19. The upgrade went without any problems. When I click on the BT icon on the taskbar (using the touchpad) it tells me it is connected to my Logictech BT mouse, but the BT mouse cannot move the cursor. (It worked fine in 18.3.) Rebooting doesn't help. I have refreshed the software manager. I am up-to-date.
Any suggestions?

This seems to be a common problem with Mint 19. I'm still looking for a fix...

Re: Mint 19 sees my BT Mouse but does not work with it
The link provided by Beerislife is somewhat dissimilar to my problem. The Laptop 'sees' my mouse, says it is connected to it, but the mouse doesn't 'work.' (A test on a separate system provided that the mouse can still work... and it is Mint 19 that is having the problem.
The mouse worked under 18.0, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3.... Just not 19.
