enabling Corsair HS60 headset surround sound

Post by Alpha_sh » Mon Jul 30, 2018 4:38 pm

i have a Corsair HS60 Headset with the virtual surround USB DAC. however, it seems like surround sound is not enabled unless you use corsair's CUE software, which is not available for linux. is there a way to enable the headset's virtual surround in linux? since i have not found any documentation of the headset for linux or any linux port of CUE. any help would be appreciated.
