I can not mount HDD

Hello, I am new in Linux. I have installed Linux Mint last version. I formeted HDD and right now I can only mount root (system) partition another partition 700GB can not be mounted. I can not understand. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I'm wondering if that partition is formatted. Can you please open a Terminal window (Under <Menu><Administration><Terminal>) and enter the command "inxi -Fxd" (without the quotation marks) copy the results and past them back here using the code tags (</> above)
Kernel: 4.15.0-36-generic x86_64 bits: 64
Desktop: Cinnamon 3.8.9
Distro: Linux Mint 19 Tara

Laptop T4500 Dualcore 4Gb RAM
Server AMD Phenom 9650 - GEForce 9400GT 6Gb RAM
+ three other Linux Mint machines
