I agree. I sucks.
1) do you think I should mark our conversation as "solved". As you know the problem really isn't solved.
2) I need a refresher on how to so mark a thread.

Go to your first post on this topic and click on the pencil icon. Instead of solved, I'd consider "Problem disappeared" or something similar.
