Power and Freq management - Intel Core™ i7-4790

Hello Here,
I have a Dell Desktop with a Intel© Core™ i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz × 4 and I would like to manage the CPU's freqs.
With past versions of Ubuntu, I had an applet to control the frequencies: https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/applets/view/70
It is not working on Cinnamon :( .

I would like to easily control the frequencies for the 7 CPU's.
Could you please help me?
