bluetooth dongle problem

My bluetooth dongle is not recognized by bluetooth manager. After some reading, I uninstalled blueberry and installed blueman but problem wasn't solved.

I'd first try a different USB port. My dongle identifies exactly the same, and the packaging says it is USB 2.0. Maybe the port you're plugged into is USB 1.1.
