WIFI USB dungle RT5370 not recognize

I searched here but did not find my solution, this chipset seems very problematic.
Pls do not hesitate to suggest a better USB WIFI dungle with a screw on antenna (need the extra gain).
I just switch back to Linux, I know my way around Windows but only consider myself a user on Linux
