how do i overclock?

I have a AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ and i want to overclock it, can someone help me with that?

not sure what info could be useful so heres a lshw

Use bios settings to control bus frequency & multiplier rates for the processor(s)..

You probably get more bang for the buck by over-clocking a graphic card
--since over-clocking is usually of interest to gamers..

What I did was to use the first part of the address, i.e

I typed in my question and then it gave a link to copy and past, a bit further down.

Pretty nifty, as it seems much more polite than the usual "search Google"
