MIDI divices not working

Hi,,

I am using Linux Mint 19.2 64bitswith Cinnamon on a hybrid laptop (Core M cpu).

I am trying to use MIDI devices with Bitwig Studio, a setup that works flawless on my desktop with Ubuntu 18.04, and on this laptop with Windows 10.

I have both a Launchpad Pro and a Novation SL mk2 keyboard, but I have problems with both, they are class compilant as far as I know. With SL mk2 I get some wierd things like turning knobs but on the software side it goes up and down. With the Launchpad Pro I either get hanging notes or the device does not light up at all, as if is not reconized by the system.

What can I do to get my midi divices working?
