I have articles on forums and tech sites that people do use SDD as a backups. but does doing so age them faster?
No. If you just make a backup and let it sit there, you won't write much.

If you are imaging your whole system daily, then maybe yes.

Well every time I install a CPU cooler I never know how much pressure to apply on coller the connects so I need to get more paste. I assume that any thermal paste is fine? IF I need lots of pressure I think i need to change where I am build it My dinning room table is glass.

Your cooler comes with a stock paste that is fine. If you use an aftermarket thermal goo, one rice grain ized drop is enough.

I know it came with it on the cooler but it moved so much when I tired to attach the cooler I know there is not enough now.

Being new to AMD the manual for this motherboard remove retention module though the bracket of the other side of the motherboard needs to stay on the motherboard. I am not sure how the sticky part of the bracket makes no since is upside down it does not seems to be double sided so right now I am struct. I am pissed at MSI for not at least having a page in the manual about this bracket.
