So, I would appreciate if you can help me to solve the problem with Intel card recognition/initiation and of course with switch between cards.
Thanks.

I'm going to summarize the information as I understand it.

You bought the MintBox3 Pro which came with LM19 already installed on one drive. It has an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti card. It came with the BIOS set to "Auto" and both the Intel and Nvidia graphics devices are visible when you run inxi.

Without making any changes in BIOS (you left it in auto), you installed LM20 on a separate drive. You had trouble during that installation in getting the Nvidia driver installed. Now when the BIOS is set to "Auto", the Intel graphics device does not show. However, if you change the BIOS to "Enable", both the Intel and Nvidia graphics devices show.

I found the MintBox3 Pro Specifications, but was not able to find information about the BIOS. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer to find out what each setting, Auto, Enable, and Disable, is supposed to do. There may also be some other BIOS settings that might be important to have set properly when installing an operating system.

unfortunately NVIDIA server does not recognize Intel card even I updater NVIDIA Prine as you recommendedNVIDIA server.pngupdate.png
Is this screen shot from LM20 when you had the BIOS set to "Enable"? When the inxi information showed both Intel and Nvidia graphics devices? If it is, then that suggests to me that something may have happened when you installed the Nvidia driver that probably was not supposed to happen. However, I am also not clearly understanding the difference between the "Auto" and "Enable" settings.
(The Nvidia-prime-applet is not related to Intel information showing up in the Nvidia X Server screen.)

This LM19.3 screen shot is what you want to see. As a test, can you see this information when you set the BIOS to "Auto" and are using the LM19.3 drive?

The 440.100 driver is the latest one available in Driver Manager for your card. However, I've not seen where others had their Intel information disappear when they installed an Nvidia driver. I do not know if the BIOS settings are factor, but suggest you learn more about what each one is supposed to mean to be able to determine what may have happened in this situation. It may be that a reinstall of LM20 is all that is needed to fix this, but you would want to make sure all the BIOS settings are correct before doing that.

No. Nvidia’s Optimus technology only works with laptops, not desktop systems.

You can only do that in the BIOS.
