Computer often fails to wake up from deep sleep

Hi. My computer is having an issue with waking up from sleep every now and then (lets say 50% of times, sometimes more sometimes less often).
When this happens, i press the key to wake it up from sleep, i can hear fans starting spinning up and leds going on, but im not getting anything on the screen (no signal).
Im now on Mint (Cinnamon) 20.1 but i remember having this issue at least since 19.2.
Here's the syslog of failed sleep and wake up:

Suspend is buggy. Many things may stop working after suspend. Mouse, keyboard, graphics...
