Hi all, I´m the new guy I am running a dual boot system with Win 10 and Mint 20.1 Cinamon 64 bit.
I have used the search, but didn´t find anything usefull. I would like to buy a Logitech 780 wireless keyboard, but it says it´s only for Windows.
Does anyone here have this keyboard, and does it work well with MInt?
Thanks in advance

I am using the Logitech K270 w/l keyboard on LM20.1 and Cinnamon. Works great! Bought it as a kb & mouse combo which was MK270.

At first the keyboard wasn´t recognized using the Unity dongle. Since I´m running a dual boot system, I started Win 10, installed the Logitech Unity Software and set things up. My M705 mouse was also recognized.
Then I rebooted into Linux and it all works fine
If I ever give up Win 10 for good, I might have a problem, though. If someone has a Linux only solution, it would be nice to know .

There is a Linux equivalent to Logitech Unity Software called Solaar which works well, at least it has for me, and I haven't heard any complaints from anyone else.
You can get it using apt:
You can get it using apt:
Code: Select all
sudo apt install solaar
Someday, maybe I'll figure out exactly what the hell I'm doing.

Cool! Thanks
I´ll try that out if I ever get away from a dual boot system, or install (just) Mint on a different PC.
