Linux Mint 20.2 mouse freeze on boot

Such a strange problem then. Half the time the boot is done normally and half the time the mouse is frozen. At the same time, the lower optics light is off. This light turns off briefly each time you boot.
lsusb also does not show the mouse if there has been an incorrect boot.
Desktop computer, Logitech wired mouse.
