I-Tec usb-c dock crash

Post by kemkem »

Hello,

With my Dell laptop model XPS 9380, I'm using a usb-c dock (model is ‎C31TRIPLEDOCKPD https://i-tec.pro/fr/produkt/c31tripledockpd-4/)

I'm connecting all my devices : usb keyboard and mouse, HDMI monitor, LAN...

It works out the box without drivers with Mint 20.2 cinnamon.

But, after a few hours, something is crashing : Network connection are down and cannot be restored (if I click on the network icon, cinnamon freeze for a few seconds)

I'm force to reboot each time it happens.

How can I try to find and maybe solve this issue ?
