Hello..
I am maybe about to buy a new laptop.
The laptop is the Asus Zenbook 13.3" OLED Pure 19.
I have been running Mint Mate for some years now, also on an older Zenbook, and it is fine. There was a periode when the SD card reader didnt work, but that got solved in a later update of the kernel.
I will like to continue using Mint Mate.
How is the situation about Mint Mate and that laptop. Can I expect that all hardware will work, or are there things that might not work?
If someone will be so kind to inlighten me about this.

have a look at the top line above where you posted: it says "HOW TO GET HELP" but in tiny letters; yes, perhaps it SHOULD be in bigger text .....
in section 5, it talks of details; you might like to search on the machine you are asking about; and find out what hardware it has; and then tell folks what you learnt;
.... and have you searched yourself using key words like ubuntu or mint or fedora or opensuse with the name of your machine
