Built in camera not working

Hi,

I am new to linux and i have installed linux on my laptop. There is no camera option in my system. I have downloaded zoom but i could not be able to turn the video on. Please help me with this issue.

Can you also go into Software Manager and download guvcview and see if it shows up in there.

I have tried installing Guvcview. I could not be able to launch it. I got the error no device found.

Hello sleep12,

your laptop seems to have a Fn+F6 (with a cam symbol on it) combination to enable and disable the webcam. Maybe that's the solution?

(it's a german manual for 14Evo A11M but it could work for the A11MO too)
