Linux Mint 20.2 one core overuse

Hi !!
I am using linux mint 20.2 cinnamon.I made a fresh install and one cpu core is working at %83 other ones at %6.

Is there a specific process running that uses a lot of cpu?
The top terminal command will show you a list of processes and their cpu usage.
You can exit top by typing q.

thank you for reply I handle it :
I used system resource supervisor and it don't show me a root progress after that I used top it showed what is eating up my cpu I searched how to close that and bum it solved but I have to rewrite closing code everytime I open pc.I was using linux mint 20.2 xfce but I wanted something different so I downloaded cinnamon edition and that happened.İf anyone know how to solve this permanent I would be happy.
