Cannot increase or decrease brightness

Post by Nadeem »

Hello guys
Ran into a new problem with my laptop. I cannot increase or decrease the brightness from the controls on my keyboard. I tried in the settings as well in vain. It gets stuck between 37 and 47%.
I doubt it might be related to my having updated some packages today. I am attaching a screenshot of the packages updated. Maybe some might not have installed properly.
Any help appreciated.
