I can't determine when Linux Mint 20.3 started freezing and in what condition. I tested SSD M.2 an RAM, everything is fine with the hardware.
I use last available kernel 5.13.0-40-generic.
Does anyone have a similar problem or must I wait new kernel version.

I have the same issue. Different Kernel (5-15-0-22) but it will run fine for days, and then freeze and a hard reset is required. The last error in my syslog has to do with a failure in the screen saver (running Cinnamon - latest available via APT UPDATE) on 20.3. I would start there but your problem may not be my problem.
Thx a lot, it makes sense, many times I noticed this freezing when screensaver was active. I will try to turn off my screensaver and test it for a few days.
Freeze issue are often hardware dependent. That means unless you are posting to give Orbital1403 suggestions for their issue, you should be following the forum rules and creating your own topic to get help and not posting here asking for help. It is difficult for anyone helping to be able to keep track of multiple users/hardware/situations in the same topic.

Is there a possibility this is happening when your system goes to sleep? A number of people with Nvidia GPUs have had issues with their system not being able to resume from sleep.
I know about this problem, I personally had it. I solved it by restoring the older version of the BIOS.
I just installed the latest version available for Linux Mint 20.3 - 5.13.0-41-generic, maybe it will solve the problem.
I'll let you know in a day or two.
I use Gigabyte Aorus BE550 motherboard, with latest version of the BIOS my PC after going into suspend mode remains permanently locked, I can only crash it via the power switch on the power supply. I wrote to Gigabyte, they said that they know about this problem and that I use an earlier version of the BIOS with which I do not have this problem. After Mint freezed first time, the first thing I did was to put back the latest version of the BIOS and there is no change, Mint is freezing again.

If the Nvidia driver is the issue, the workaround mentioned in this post has worked for many people. If you need detailed instructions for editing the file then see this post and the subsequent ones in that topic.
