Bought a mini PC unit with the intention of loading Mint. Started with dual boot to check issues first. LM does not recognise the wi-fi. Contacted supplier as they promised superior customer service. They responded:

Does your Linux system have an integrated WiFi driver?
Our WiFi model is rtl8821cu.
Please try installing the driver.
I understand they are saying this is a missing driver issue but would like advice as to whether this is a) the correct solution and b) if it is how do I go about resolving the problem.
