Touchpad freeze randomly
I own a Huawei Matebook 16 with AMD processor + Linux Mint Cinnamon 21 and have the problem that the touchpad suddenly freezes randomly. When restarting after freezing, a number and: "i2c_hid_acpi i2c-QXTP7868:00: failed to reset device." Is displayed before startup and the touchpad does not work. Only another restart with a trip to the bios or an Windows start ensure that the touchpad works again the next time Linux is started. Installing a new touchpad driver as described on the Mint site does not solve the problem! What's the problem, what can I do?
