Normally volume at login is at value it has at logoff.
If volume is high sound at login can be disturbing specially if you're not alone.
Is there a way to set volume at login at say 20 % or 30 % regardless volume at logoff.

Re: set volume at login
Yes you can.
Go to <menu><preferences><startup-applications> and click Add.
Give it a name so you remember what it was for and use this command in the command field:
click Add and close.
Reboot and check it.

Re: set volume at login [SOLVED]
I discovered a bug: in Startup Application window there is Run now key that should allow checking the command. But pressing it force volume to 0 % instead to level in the command.
